Lead Water Damage/Fire/Mold Technician

Seeking dependable experienced field technicians for water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation.

  • Construct and evaluate project scopes, including water mitigation, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and associated reconstruction.
  • Facilitate positive customer experiences and ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate expectations and supervise technicians.
  • Coordinate and perform production processes and quality control.
  • Verify safe working conditions.
  • Document detailed and accurate notes with supporting documentation and photos.
  • We will run a background check upon providing a conditional offer of employment and you must have a good driving record.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
  • Occasionally sit, climb ladders, and use scaffolding or lifts.
  • Frequently work around chemicals, at ceiling heights, in confined spaces (like crawl spaces, attics), and overhead.
  • IICRC (WTR, ASD, AMRT and FSRT) Certified or ability to obtain
  • Experience with Xactanalysis, DASH, Content Trak, MICA, Fire & Ice a plus.

Project Manager

This position will be responsible for Project Management related work for restoration clients. Including overall management of subcontractors, costs, scheduling, performance decisions, and field construction oversight throughout project. This is a very fast-paced job and requires excellent time management skills. Strong customer service skills are a must. A valid driver’s license is required with good driving record. A background check will be required upon offer of employment.

  • Day-to-day management of several projects
  • Daily documentation of work progress (photos), notes and communication.
  • Develop and monitor project schedule
  • Client communication
  • Project invoicing and securing payment.
  • Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills.
  • Manage all aspects of work required while on the job site to including vendors and subcontractors
  • Maintain relationships with Adjusters, Property Managers, Owners and Office Team.
  • Manage budgets, schedules and progress of restoration and reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards
  • Participate in design process and permit submittal
  • Residential construction trades experience as a Project Manager-insurance industry a plus.
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to manage many budgets and schedules
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
